Welcome to Point Pilates, your boutique Pilates studio located in Mortlake, just outside of Breakfast Point. At Point Pilates, we’re more than just a boutique Reformer Pilates studio —we’re a community that welcomes everyone with open arms. Whether you’ve been passionate about health and fitness for years or are just beginning to discover your path, you’ll find a warm, supportive space here. We’re dedicated to helping you move with confidence, honoring your journey, and celebrating every milestone along the way. As a boutique studio with just 6 reformers, Point Pilates caters to all levels providing an intimate experience in every class with more 1:1 attention. 

 

Alongside our Pilates sessions, we also offer personalised nutrition services to help you nourish your body and support your overall health.This includes tailored nutrition coaching, guidance and customised nutrition and lifestyle plans to help you feel nourished, balanced, and at your best inside and out.

Meet Tiana,
Founder of Point Pilates

Tiana brings over five years of Pilates teaching experience, fueled by a lifelong love of movement that began with ballet at just four years of age. Throughout her time as a Pilates instructor, Tiana realised that many clients sought more focused, specialised support. This inspired her to create Point Pilates—a place where personalised attention is truly prioritised, helping each individual reach their goals.

Tiana is also a qualified nutritionist with a bachelor's degree in Nutrition Science, blending her knowledge of exercise and nutrition to offer a truly holistic approach to wellbeing. She believes that while Pilates builds strength and flexibility, thoughtful nutrition provides the essential fuel the body needs— together creating a balanced, whole-body approach to health.

In Tiana’s classes, you’ll enjoy challenging workouts designed with intention, helping you make real progress in strength and mobility.

She inspires you to build confidence and strength, tackling exercises you once thought were beyond your reach. With her guidance, you’ll discover there’s always a way to grow, progress, and achieve your goals.
